01. Adventure X-Training








AXT is perfect mix of metabolic blasting, heart pumping, mood elevating, energy generating, cardio fitness sessions. 02. Corporate X-Training: Reid Oval

 







Fast and effective Lunchtime sessions designed to reverse the ill effects of desk life, correct biomechanical dysfunction, sharpen your mind and build strong, energetic and effective bodies.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 12-12:45pm at Reid Oval for 5 weeks.

Everybody's heard that sitting is the new smoking but do you know why? After just 3 hours of sitting artery dilation drops 50% causing slow blood flow leading to a string of issues from fatty acid build up, insulin resistance, digestive issues, physical and mental fatigue, muscular degeneration, poor posture, neck, shoulder, back and hip pain. As well as poor concentration, and overall decreased brain function. By exercising in your lunch break you stimulate blood flow pushing oxygen and blood around your body, activating your muscles and nervous system, boosting energy, regulating mood and stopping the ill effects of desk life. With scary scientific facts like that being brought to our attention, its important we create an active and supportive workplace culture culture and influence our peers through action to continually raise the standard office environment "norms". By even just helping one person get started or to keep going, we help steer our community away from the path of degenerative diseases, mental illness, chronic pain, and verging complete physical dysfunction (and we aren't even scrapping the tip of the iceberg), and we help in building a community of vitality, energy and happiness. Now even if you been sitting for a while, you don't need much brain function to know what has to be done next ;)

05. Personal Training

 

Small Group Personal Training (3-6 participants) is the perfect option whether your an experienced athlete or diving into something completely new. Everyone trains better with a coach and having professional guidance to make sure your going to get to your goal the best way possible is the smartest way to do it. The small group PT sessions are scheduled on the timetable with the class focus however, these sessions are still tailored to the individual. When Signing up, pls state which days and times each week you will be attending.

06. Rehab FX

 


Niggle in your shoulder, tight neck, lower back aches, stiff hips, dodgy ankle, weak wrists, sore knees, elbow hurts… If one (or a few) of these are sounding farmiliar to you then chances are you’ve got some level of dys-functional biomechanics negatively affecting your movement. Unless this is addressed 1st, your setting yourself up for injury. 

These sessions are designed with the goal of fixing and preventing injuries through Rehabiliatation and functional exercises. The sessions will be tailored to the specific needs of the individual. 

Please note these calsses are not held by physiotherapist. Trainers have been trained in Rehab Fx however if you have serious issues please see your Doctor.
